Caraway sells ceramic-coated cookware, bakeware, food storage, and 5-ply stainless steel cookware. Its mineral-based ceramic coating contains no PTFE, PFOA, PFAS, lead, or cadmium.

Caraway launched in New York in 2019 after nearly two years of research and testing. Traditional nonstick pans can pass 500°F in about 2.5 minutes on high heat and begin releasing forever chemicals, so Caraway built its line around a ceramic alternative. Manufacturing its ceramic coating releases less CO2 than producing traditional nonstick coatings. Caraway works with BSCI- and SMETA-audited manufacturing partners, where employees work regulated hours in safe conditions for fair pay and benefits. The company ships every order without single-use plastic, in recycled cardboard, with a biodegradable cork trivet. It publishes dated testing reports for nine product families and lists the chemicals it adds under California's cookware disclosure law.
