Kase Custom
Kase Custom is a Certified B Corporation that keeps salvaged wood out of landfills by handcrafting it into furniture built to last for generations. Founded in 2014 by a Marine veteran and his wife, the Arizona woodshop is rooted in sustainability, craftsmanship, and giving back to its community.
Kase Custom sells made-to-order dining tables, bar and counter-height tables, coffee tables, desks, conference tables, headboards, and more for homes and businesses. Each piece is built by hand from reclaimed wood sourced within the United States, so every purchase reduces the demand for newly harvested timber.
Your Impact
Furniture that lasts is the most sustainable furniture there is. Kase Custom began when co-founder Chris Kase rescued an old table from a curb days before it was headed to the landfill, and reclaimed wood has been the foundation of the business ever since. By repurposing salvaged wood, forests are preserved, and waste is kept out of landfills. Each design is made with fewer than eight materials, every box is hand-configured to limit packaging waste, and assembly and care instructions are provided digitally. The company's operational carbon footprint is offset through the ClimeCo EcoCommitted Partner program, and it is also recognized as a Green America Certified Business. Every piece is backed by a lifetime guarantee. Beyond the shop, employees are given paid volunteer time off and donation matching, and the team supports the Marine Corps Toys for Tots drive, serves meals at a local shelter, and donates furniture to its local hospital and to fundraisers nationwide.
