David Gaines // Co-Founder, Chief Visionary
As head of La Terza Coffee and Vice Chairman of the Greater Cincinnati Chapter of the Social Enterprise Alliance, David has firsthand experience testing and exploring the vast possibilities of Social Enterprise. His vision is for a whole new type of commerce where everyone is engaged. He's passionate about educating people on "every dollar is a vote." As an Eagle Scout, he spends his free time enjoying nature, cycling, and hanging out with his wife and dogs.
Megan Milar // Co-Founder, Director of Operations
Megan has a diverse business background focused on building social enterprise, marketing, innovative solutions, retail, international business, and branding. She is the detail person on the team and her favorite productivity tool is Trello. In her free time, you'll find her hiking, learning about different cultures, and enjoying life with her husband and four kids.
Abigail Davidson // Co-Founder, Director of Content
Abigail Davidson is a writer, entrepreneur, and coach. With a degree in Psychology from the University of Cincinnati, Abigail founded The School of Wellbeing where she is a life and wellness coach for world changers and impact makers. She has experience in social media and digital marketing, social work, and has written for numerous online and print publications. In her free time, you'll find Abigail cycling, practicing yoga, reading way too many books at one time, and going on adventures with her husband, Keith.
